Make A Referral

If you think you, your child or someone you know may benefit from our Support, please make a referral.

Though we are an independent charity, we work closely with local children’s services in Derby and Derbyshire as well as with Derbyshire Police to ensure that children and young people receive the best possible support from all professionals involved.

For issues around behaviour and mental health it is advised to refer to the Youth Alliance or other specialist services. For children displaying sexually harmful behaviour it is advised to seek advice from social care or speak to Action for Children to find the appropriate specialist help and support.

If mentoring is required, Safe and Sound offer a mentoring service for all children with vulnerabilities, at a cost. Details of this provision can be provided on request.
