What Getting Help Could Look Like
Step 1) Reach Out
You can contact us in the way that feels safest for you. You don’t have to share everything right away. Just tell us what’s going on, or that you’re worried about someone else you know. We’ll listen.
Step 2: Talk & Listen
A member of our team will get in touch for a private chat. We’ll listen to your story, explain what support we can offer, and answer any questions.
Step 3: Get Support
Together, we’ll agree on the best way forward. This might include one-to-one support, group sessions, or connecting you with other services that can help. We’ll stay by your side for as long as you need us.
